Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
 
Please read our warranty policy in full so you will understand what is and what is not covered.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at our discretion.  You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.  Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. There’s a 20% Restocking Fee.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you, no refund will be given.  Customers are always responsible for cost of shipping returned items.
 
DOA, Missing, or Wrong Item Claims
 
Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.  Claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery time for missing, or wrong item(s).  Please contact us by email at dominantvapor@comcast.net with your order number and the description of the problem, we need photos or videos for documentation purposes. 

For wrong items we will send a Pre-paid return label.  It is your responsibility to check within 48 hours and notify us, after 48 hours it is deemed correct and you are satisfied with your order.

Some products will have minor flaws and is expected during manufacturing.  We can only accept a return or exchange an item if it’s defective (meaning non-functioning).
 
Non-Returnable / Exchangeable / Refundable Merchandise:
 
For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, wire, mechanical mods, rebuildable devices and atomizers and parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers.  Therefore, our Return Policy EXCLUDES any products of this kind.  

Please see our satisfaction guarantee if you are not happy with any eLiquid products.

Refund Policy

    When the returned item has been received in satisfactory and unused condition.  Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once we receive the item(s) back from the original customer.  Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase.  Refunds will ONLY be given at our discretion.  Items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Items that qualify for a refund must be approved by us before the product is returned.  If the product falls under a category that is on our unapproved return list due to sanitary reasons, those products cannot be returned for any reason, regardless if the product is unused).

      Undeliverable Package Returns

      The customer is responsible for providing a valid deliverable shipping address.  Packages not signed for during delivery and/or returned to us by the shipping courier due to undeliverable address, we contact all customers whose packages are returned to us by the courier.  Should the customer wish to have the package shipped again to the same or a different address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to ship the package again.  If you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, we will refund only non-liquid products.  Any liquid product cannot be sold again due to the customized nature of our products and for safety reasons and therefore will not be refund in whole or in part.
