Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and authorized at our discretion.  You may return UNOPENED and UNUSED items for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.  You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.  There is a 20% restocking fee on returns, but not on exchanges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please be sure to ship any return or exchange in a box as many products will be damaged by shipping in a envelope or bubble mailer (especially cardboard coil boxes).  Please be aware, if items are returned incomplete or not in the same condition they were shipped to you, no refund will be given.

If you are shipping an exchange, please place a note in the package with the exact product name and variant you would like in return.

DOA, Missing, or Wrong Item Claims

Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.  Claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of the delivery time for missing, or wrong item(s).  It is your responsibility to check within 48 hours and notify us, after 48 hours it is deemed correct and you are satisfied with your order.

Please contact us by email at dominantvapor@comcast.net with your order number and the description of the problem, we need photos or videos for documentation and claims purposes. For wrong items we will send a Pre-paid return label.

Some products will have minor flaws and is expected during manufacturing.  We can only accept a DOA return or exchange an item if it’s defective (meaning non-functioning).

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Merchandise:

For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, bottled liquids of any type, drip tips, wick, or wire.  Therefore, our Return Policy EXCLUDES any products of this kind.  

Please see our satisfaction guarantee if you are not happy with any E-Juice products.

Refund Policy

    When the returned item has been received in satisfactory and unused condition.  Refunds will be processed within 10 business days once we receive the item(s) back from the original customer.  Refunds will be applied directly to the method that was used to make the purchase.  Refunds will ONLY be given at our discretion.  Items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items that qualify for a refund must be approved by us before the product is returned.  If the product falls under a category that is on our unapproved return list due to sanitary reasons, those products cannot be returned for any reason, regardless if the product is unused.

      Undeliverable Package Returns

      The customer is responsible for providing a valid deliverable shipping address.  If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to an undeliverable address or package refused, we contact the customer when the package is returned to us.  Should the customer wish to have the package shipped again, whether to the same or a different address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to ship the package again.  Discounted shipping rates offered as part of our Bonus Offers Program do not apply to the second shipment.  If you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, we will refund only non-liquid products.  Any liquid product cannot be sold again due to the customized nature of our products and for safety reasons and therefore will not be refund in whole or in part.
